Washington County Speaks Surveys

The Washington County WIN Coalition is working to address issues related to the use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs by young people. We would like your opinions and ideas to assist us in better understanding these issues.

Please tell us what you think by completing one of the short surveys below. The first survey titled Washington County Adults Speak  is for persons 21 years of age and older and the second survey titled Washington County Youth Speak is for young people between the ages of 12 and 20 years of age.

To complete the short survey just click on the appropriate link below and you will be taken directly to the survey. You can answer the questions right on your computer screen and when you are finished, just click on “Done” and your survey responses will be saved with all the other responses received. There are no identifying questions included in the survey and all responses are confidential.
